The Configuration Guides menu provides the following modules:
Inbound Campaigns are used to service customers, directing them to information or the right agent. | |
Outbound Campaigns are used to group your Outbound agents and calls. Outbound campaigns feature: | |
Email Campaigns are used manage inbound emails usually from a centralised inbox. | |
A chat campaign involves contact centre agents receiving chat requests from contacts via a web channel, and engaging in a chat session. |
