Agent Statistics-based Report Templates
Overview
The Agent Statistics report templates provide both detail and summary reports on agent log on statistics.
They are:
Report | Description |

This report summarises the agent log in statistics for each day in the reporting period. | |

This report details the agent log in activities for the reporting period. |
