List Penetration by List

Overview

This report can be used to track how many contacts on a lead list have been called and how many have been completed.

This report has the potential to include a very large amount of data and to seriously degrade the performance of the contact centre while the report is being generated. To this end, this report is limited to no more than ten campaigns.

This is a summary report with one row per list when shown as a grid. The report provides data on lists showing call outcomes and calculated completion percentiles.
