Channels

Overview

Channels are the means by which incoming and outgoing interactions and data, over various media, are brought into the system.

The following channels are currently supported: 

Email Channels

The Email Channels module allows a Workspace Administrator to add and manage email accounts to be used for incoming and outgoing email communications.

Voice Channels

The Voice Channels module allows you to view the available voice channels and manage their configuration and deployment.

Messaging Channels

The Messaging Channels module allows you to view channels for aschyronous messaging services. Currently support is limited to WhatsApp.

WebRTC 'Click-to-Call' Channels

The WebRTC Channels module allows users to configure and deploy WebRTC voice channels into web applications or behind web portals.
