Channels
Overview
Channels are the means by which incoming and outgoing interactions and data, over various media, are brought into the system.
The following channels are currently supported:
The Email Channels module allows a Workspace Administrator to add and manage email accounts to be used for incoming and outgoing email communications. | |
The Voice Channels module allows you to view the available voice channels and manage their configuration and deployment. | |
The Messaging Channels module allows you to view channels for aschyronous messaging services. Currently support is limited to WhatsApp. | |
The WebRTC Channels module allows users to configure and deploy WebRTC voice channels into web applications or behind web portals. |
