List Penetration Dataset

Overview

This definition provides the following information to the report user:

  • What templates are provided by default that use this dataset

  • What fields are included in the dataset and how the field value is calculated, where applicable.

Where to find this feature

  1. Open the Workspace.

  2. Select the Live Reports tab.

  3. Hover over Administration.

  4. Select Reports.

  5. Select the Create tab.

  6. Open the Data Set drop-down selection list.

 The report templates that are based on this dataset include:

Description

List Penetration by List

This report can be used to track how many contacts on a lead list have been called and how many have been completed.

The fields included in the dataset are:

Description

% Complete

This is calculated as (Total Completed divided by the Number of leads in the list)*100

Agent Callbacks

The number of leads on the list that will be called back by the dialler and offered to a particular agent

Call Attempts

The number of call attempts made from the list

Call Back

Agent Callbacks + Queue Callbacks

Campaign

The name of the campaign to which the list belongs.

Completed

The number of leads on the list that received a Complete-enabled wrap code

Completes SBD Match Count

The number of leads on the list that received a Complete-enabled wrap code which are matched to the SBD score

Completes SBD Match Rate

The percentage of leads on the list that received a Complete-enabled wrap code which are matched to the SBD score

Contacts

The number of leads on the list that received a Contact-enabled wrap code

Contacts SBD Match Count

The number of leads on the list that received a Contact-enabled wrap code which are matched to the SBD score

Contacts SBD Match Rate

The percentage of leads on the list that received a Contact-enabled wrap code which are matched to the SBD score

Dialler Bucket

The number of uncompleted leads on the list that the dialler is currently calling

Leads Added

The number of leads in the list

List

The name of the list

New Records

The number of leads on the list that have New Record as the wrap code and that haven’t yet been called

Not Completed

The number of leads on the list that are marked as not completed or remaining leads

Other Outcomes

The number of leads on the list that have: New Record, Telco Error, Abandoned, Busy, No Answer, Answer Machine, or Dialler Hang Up as the wrap code

Queue Callbacks

The number of leads on the list that will be called back by the dialler

Sales

The number of leads on the list that received a Sale-enabled wrap code

Sales SBD Match Count

The number of leads on the list that received a Sale-enabled wrap code which are matched to the SBD score

Sales SBD Match Rate

The percentage of leads on the list that received a Contact-enabled wrap code which are matched to the SBD score
