Lead Dataset
Overview
This definition provides the following information to the report user:
What templates are provided by default that use this dataset
What fields are included in the dataset and how the field value is calculated, where applicable.
Where to find this feature
Open the Workspace.
Select the Live Reports tab.
Hover over Administration.
Select Reports.
Select the Create tab.
Open the Data Set drop-down selection list.
The report templates that are based on this dataset include:
Report | Description |

Leads Ungrouped | This is a detailed report showing interaction data for each lead. |
The fields included in the dataset are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Agent | The name of the agent associated with this lead |
Attempts | The number of attempts to call this lead |
Callback DT | The timestamp of the most recent callback to this lead |
Campaign | The name of the campaign associated with this lead |
Customer key | This is the customer provided unique identifying number for the lead |
Dialler Next Call DT | The timestamp of the next scheduled attempt to contact this lead |
Is Active | Has the lead been marked as active? (0 = no, 1 = yes) |
Is Complete | Has the lead been marked as complete? (0 = no, 1 = yes) |
Last Activity DT | The timestamp of the last activity associated with this lead |
Last Dialler DT | The timestamp of the last attempt to contact this lead |
Lead ID | The unique identifying number for the lead |
List | The name of the list associated with this lead |
Loaded DT | The timestamp when this lead was added to the list |
Outcome of call | The outcome of the most recent attempt |
Phone 1 | The primary phone number provided for this lead |
Phone 2 | The secondary phone number provided for this lead |
Phone 3 | The tertiary phone number provided for this lead |
