Dialler Attempts Dataset
Overview
This definition provides the following information to the report user:
What templates are provided by default that use this dataset
What fields are included in the dataset and how the field value is calculated, where applicable.
Where to find this feature
Open the Workspace.
Select the Live Reports tab.
Hover over Administration.
Select Reports.
Select the Create tab.
Open the Data Set drop-down selection list.
The report templates that are based on this dataset include:
Dialler Attempts by Date, Campaign, List | This is a summary report in which each row contains dialler outcomes totals and percentages for one day in one campaign using one list. |
The fields included in the dataset are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Abandoned | The number of calls that have Abandoned as the dialler outcome |
Abandoned % | The percentage of calls that have Abandoned as the dialler outcome |
Added Leads | The number of leads in the list |
Agent Interactions | The number of agent interactions for that day for that campaign using that list |
Answered | The number of calls that have Answered as the dialler outcome |
Answered % | The percentage of calls that have Answered as the dialler outcome |
Answering Machine | The number of calls that have Answering Machine as the dialler outcome |
Answering Machine % | The percentage of calls that have Answering Machine as the dialler outcome |
Busy | The number of calls that have Busy as the dialler outcome |
Busy % | The percentage of calls that have Busy as the dialler outcome |
Campaign | The name of the campaign to which the list belongs. This field can be used to filter the results. |
Cancelled | The number of calls that have Cancelled as the dialler outcome |
Cancelled % | The percentage of calls that have Cancelled as the dialler outcome |
Completes | The number of answered calls that received a Complete enabled wrap code |
Contacts | The number of answered calls that received a Contact enabled wrap code |
Date | The date on which the data was recorded. This field can be used to filter the results. |
Dialler Attempts | The number of call attempts made from the list |
Dialler Hang Up | The number of calls that have Dialler Hang Up as the dialler outcome |
Dialler Hangup % | The percentage of calls that have Dialler Hang Up as the dialler outcome |
Disconnected | The number of calls that have Disconnected as the dialler outcome |
Disconnected % | The percentage of calls that have Disconnected as the dialler outcome |
List | The name of the list |
No Answer | The number of calls that have No Answer as the dialler outcome |
No Answer % | The percentage of calls that have No Answer as the dialler outcome |
Sales | The number of answered calls that received a Sale enabled wrap code |
SBD Match Rate ( % ) | The percentage of calls where the Skills Based Dialling score is matched |
SBD Match Count | The total count of calls where the Skills Based Dialling score is matched |
Telco Error | The number of calls that have Telco Error as the dialler outcome |
Telco Error % | The percentage of calls that have Telco Error as the dialler outcome |
