Where to find this feature
Open the Workspace.
Select the Live Reports tab.
Hover over Administration.
Select the Create tab.
Open the Data Set drop-down selection list.
The report templates that are based on this dataset include:
Dialler Progress Ungrouped
This report provides the details on the most recent calls attempted by the dialler.
Call Results by Campaign (Compliance)
This report can be used to track conformance to Statutory Regulations in regard to Abandoned Calls.
The fields included in the dataset are:
The number of calls that have Abandoned as the dialler outcome
Abandoned Calls Rate
= (Abandoned/Connected Calls)
Where applicable, the name of the agent associated with the call activity
AMD False Positives
= (Answering Machine * AMD False Positives Rate)
AMD False Positives Rate
The value of the AMD False Positives Rate as set in Workspace for each campaign.
The number of calls that have Answering Machine as the dialler outcome
Assumed Abandoned Calls
= (Abandoned + AMD False Positives)
Assumed Total Live Calls
= (Connected Calls + AMD False Positives)
The unique identifying number for the call activity
The name of the campaign to which the data applies. This field can be used to filter the results.
Where applicable, the name of the campaign associated with the call activity
The number of calls assigned a complete enabled wrap code
Complete Phone Number
The count of calls where an Individual Phone Number is assigned a Complete Phone Number enabled wrap code.
Complete Phone Number %
The percentage of calls where an Individual Phone Number is assigned a Complete Phone Number enabled wrap code.
Compound Abandon Rate
= (Assumed Abandoned Calls/Assumed Total Live Calls)
The number of calls that have Answered as the dialler outcome
The number of calls assigned a contact enabled wrap code
Dial Date and Time
The timestamp at the commencement of the activity
The unique identifying number for the lead record in the database
The phone number or DNIS called
The number of calls assigned a sale enabled wrap code
The current or final status for the call activity
