This article will guide you on how to validate and sync Microsoft Exchange to ipSCAPE.
Pre-requisites:
Microsoft Azure Administrator rights for the email address
No other Azure / Entra accounts are logged in
Browser in Incognito or Private Mode
Workspace Username and Password
Open a new incognito browser window and log in to the Workspace via Username and Password (Do not use SSO). Ensure that there are no other tabs and windows open for ipSCAPE in Incognito.
Open the Email Channel Module and edit the email channel for validation.
Depending on your organisation’s need, email channels may be validated in either sending emails, receiving emails or both.
Receiving emails
Check the Tenant ID and Client ID values to ensure that it matches the App registration details from Entra ID / Azure.
Check the validity of the Client Secret. Skip this step if Client Secret is still valid. If the value has expired, create a new client secret in Entra ID / Azure and keep the value as it is only shown once. Enter the Client Secret Value (not the ID) in the Client Secret field in ipSCAPE Email Channel page.
