  • Two new fields have been added to API endpoint - GET /v3.0/leads/lists/{listId} which will provide additional summary information about the leads within a lead list

  • Improvements to Call Transcription and Summarisation to allow users to generate call transcriptions and summaries directly from a call recording as needed
