The Pause Reasons module allows campaign management to define settings that affect the Agent Toolbar. The Agent Toolbar is the communications interface that the agent uses to manage their interactions with external contacts.

This feature allows you to add a new pause reason which can be made available to one or more campaigns. Pause Reasons are added to Teams and Teams are then added to Campaigns.

1. Add Pause Reasons

  1. Open the Workspace.

  2. Select Pause Reasons from the Resources menu

  3. Click the Add icon in the display header.

  4. Fill out the Title with the pause reason

  5. Add the Teams this Pause Reason will apply to in the Assigned Teams
