The Agent interface is for people who will be making and taking calls, emails, and chat. Agents are associated with Campaigns that define the types of calls, emails, and chats that they receive.

It is accessed in 2 ways:

  • Agent Toolbar - this is a webpage where you can access phone, email, and chat functions from your internet browser  

  • CTI Adapter - this is a soft telephone keypad that can be integrated into other web-based programs. Currently, we have built an integration with Salesforce, Service Now, and Zendesk
