The CTI Adaptor timer is now reset when changing the pause reason. The Single Sign-on with Azure AD can now be initiated through the Microsoft button in the CTI Adaptor Login screen. Optimisations on the call allocation for the predictive dialler, reducing the time when connecting a customer to an agent. Performance improvements on the Calls module when filtering by agent.
